The Invitation
In the journey of parenting, we come to understand in entirely new ways, how our bodies holds a deep wisdom - wisdom that has been shaped by our lived experiences and those of our ancestors. These experiences leave imprints that not only influence your physical health but also your emotional and spiritual well-being. Perinatal Somatics offers a gentle, yet deeply transformative approach to reconnecting with that wisdom, helping you to nurture both yourself and your baby from the inside out.
This series is an invitation to slow down, listen, and honor the signals your body is sending you—an opportunity to heal and support your nervous system as you move through the transitions of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Whether you’re preparing for birth or navigating the postpartum period, this workshop provides you with tools to build a harmonious relationship with your body, empowering you to mother from a potent place of deeper awareness, connection, and trust within yourself.
Through cutting-edge education, guided somatic practices, and experiential group support, you’ll come to understand how these early experiences live within you, and how tending to them can strengthen your sense of well-being for yourself and your littles.
This is more than a workshop—it’s an invitation to reclaim your body’s innate power and embrace the profound transformation that mothering brings.
