Moving Meditation for Morning Clarity and Remembering Wonder

Clarity and Wonder are your birthright. We begin in this world as babies/children with a capacity to see every moment with fresh eyes and an ability to experience the simplest things with awe and wonder. And then, for most of us, somewhere along the path we lose it. This class is about reclaiming that capacity. You’re invited to join us as we start our week by consciously orienting ourselves to clarity and wonder so that we may feel more equipped to tend to the realities of our day.

This weekly class is intended to support you in intentionally starting your week with a combination of breath practices, movement, and somatic meditation. This class is for anyone who wishes to join and all levels of experience.
