Yoga brings us back into our bodies and teaches us how to be at home in ourselves. It teaches us how to be present - one breath at a time. How to move through discomfort. How to move through joy. How to cling less to all of it. It teaches us what it means to surrender to a Power greater than us. It teaches us that we are all Divine embodied. It teaches us all of this and so much more.

Recovery yoga is a practice that is accessible for people of all levels of experience. Themed around the principles of recovery, each class will incorporate gentle movement, guided meditation, and breath practices to help you connect to yourself as well as community. Please bring something to practice on and an open mind.
